I am selling one of the blogs on my network: Reviewthemarket.com
It is a PR4 and just less than 6 months old. It is focused on technology and product reviews and gets 300$ minimum in sponsored reviews each month. It is accepted in 8 paid review programs: PPP, Sponsored Reviews, ReviewMe, Blogsvertise, Loudlaunch, Zync, BloggingAds and Blogitive .
It makes around 30$ in Text Link Ads. Also accepted in Kontera and Chitika.
No time for me to keep the site running as day job is becoming more demanding :-(. Info and contact david (at) nomadblogs. com

suggestion
To get people started, you should list any or all of a starting bid or a BIN (Buy it Now) price. Or if it's not up for auction, just a price. Also, you should list approx. traffic (uniques and pages per day - not hits)
The site looks ideal for someone who writes for PayPerPost, ReviewMe, LoudLaunch, etc. Income from those could supplement TLA, Kontera, and Chitika. So it's not surprising that it has been accepted in 8 programs. Any newbie bloggers who are good at writing reviews? You could turn this into a reasonable side income.
UPDATED: I took my comment here because it was incorrect. A more accurate tool by SEOmoz indicates PR4.
I think CheckPageRank is on the fritz
I got the same result when I checked ReviewTheMarket as you did Raj. Then I checked one of my own domains, one of yours and one of Ryans and the result was the same according to checkpagerank for all of those sites, ->ergo forged. I think their forged checking tool is bs. :)
in that case
In that case, I apologize.
In fact, you're right. I checked my main tech site and that's what I got. They seem to be on the fritz again. Again, my apologies. I need to use a different tool to evaluate.
supplement
I checked using SEOmoz's tool (http://www.seomoz.org/page-strength - may require membership) and they indicate a PR4.
So ignore what I said above, please.
Do Like the domain name
In addition to software reviews (current topic) or the paid to post type of stuff, this would probably make a good financial blog or real estate blog as well.
a lot of potential
Yes, a lot of potential. That's why I looked further into it.
Thanks for the comments
Hello everyone,
thanks for the comments and suggestions. I did not want to include lots of info so to avoid having a big post. I have sent already data to the interested persons who have contacted me.
Regarding traffic, I already can say it does not have much as I have had no time at all to develop further the site, but the reviews are coming quite often and this is a more or less stable sort of income (depending how hard you work at doing them).
The domain indeed is good for several topics, so should you be interested just in the domain also I have no problem negotiating it.
best regards
David
