Sam: You should supply other details such as PR, age, method of payment, revenue, etc. A BIN helps a lot too.
Re:Selling my one month old Money Management blog
Hi Raj!
Being a one month old blog, it only has 0 page range therefore i don't think I can boast that*laughs*. Age is 1 month as stated in the post. Method of payment can either be via xoom.com,western union or bank transfer. I'm not so lucky living in a third world country (Philippines) and as such, withrawal via Paypal account is non-existent here. As a one month old blog, I only earned so far $13. What a BIN by the way?
What I'm proud of this blog is that for a 1 month old blog, some keywords on my website when you key-them in google.com would land in either 1st or 2nd post. Try 'money management expert' and it would either be on top or 2nd from the list of 27M results page. I'm not really sure how Google's does it but there are days when my blog would stay on top beating CNN's own money management blog.
Thanks for inquiring.

Re:Selling my one month old Money Management blog
Add to the earning $2.28 from Text-Link-Ads (http://www.text-link-ads.com). I just joined this program days ago and some itnerested advertisers are now starting to post stuffs into my money blog. I have a strong belief that who ever will manage this blog of mine, wait for 6 months or so and continue posting unqiue articles each day, this blog can sell higher in the future.

Sam: Thanks for the info. It gives prospective buyers more to decide with.
BIN = Buy It Now price, in case they don't want to go through the auction.
Sam Your Website is not worth $3k, might be worth $10
Sam,
Your website is not worth $3k. I've been away from Performancing for a few weeks, but as I jump back into things, I see that there appears to be several people trying to sell worthless websites here.
You have a website, you have a current high position for 1 keyword term on Google competing against (my count 29 million other pages) no big deal that. Those are searches, just number of pages on the internet.
You have a good start for a website that is 1 month old but nothing much better than that. As it stands right now, it would be more trouble to transfer the domain/host from you to a potential buyer than the transaction is probably worth.
If your 40 articles are original, then keep developing the site, document your traffic and stats and build your PR up a few points. Then you will have something valuable to sell. In the meantime, get a PayPal account. I know several hundred people in the Phillipines personally. None of them had any difficulty get a PayPal account. Take the time, set it up make the connections, then you will be in a better position to sell your site at premium and if you like start over on another site or 10.
Right now, a potential buyer would be better off, registering their own domain using those same keywords in the name, and writing their own articles or buying some articles from you(if you can verify authenticity and that the articles are not stolen).
Take your time, do it right. Don't mess up your reputation.

Brett
That doesnt make sense in selling
Your sites just 1 month old and you are thinkning of selling this one.Dont quit so fast.If you think that your site has every reasons to be on google's top search thats not something to brag about. With those key words no body will get you traffic through google. With your site just being so young somethings fishy thats making you sell the site. And price way to high.If you check on forums there are blogs with PR5+ which got sold for 400$ and still that was a good bargain for writer.May your price too high.I will buy it for 75$ or last to 90$
