Celebrity gossip, news, and picture blog for sale. It has a google pagerank of 5 with 500-1000 daily unique users. It makes about $100/month in adsense earnings alone. There's a lot of potential of much more from other revenue sources.

Since its on a blogspot domain, I will be selling it at a low price. Celebrity sites have huge amount of search traffic compared to other niches. However, I'm quite frankly tired of reading about celebrities, which is why I am selling it.

Unfortunately, you can't actually "sell" a blogspot blog. You can only sell the content. This issue has come up here before.

Yes, certainly. You own the content, despite it being on Google's servers.

But the content without the blog pages isn't quite the same thing. With the new Blogspot "beta", Google has also made it harder to reassign the blog unless you give away the Gmail account. But you may be able to assign a "team member" to the blog as an author, then remove yourself. The old blogspot let you do this through a convoluted means.

Still, your suggestion should work, if you're willing to part with the email account.

I have no problem with giving away the gmail account, since I only used it specifically for blogging.

Although adding an author and removing myself sounds like a good idea, just in case there is an email with private info in it. However, I just tried that right now and unfortunately you can't remove the original admin.
