I love this blog, but I have a few other projects that want my time. I tried to re-do it lately, but it's obvious I'm too busy with a few other start-ups.

It's a health/productivity/positive blog focusing on Chronic Fatigue.

Three things to note:

1. It's hosted on Wordpress.com at the moment. Easy to move and transfer nameservers.
2. I have 23 pages in a word document of half-written posts, dot points, plans, quotes, links & leads to stories, ideas etc. You'll have all the leads and ideas, you just need to write it!
3. After I hadn't posted in 148 days, my first post in almost 5 months still had 40 readers!

I have a domain that I've set up and have not done anything with. I will probably renew the domain (I have until the 16th) but only if I have a buyer for it. I can zip up the theme I've modified if you want it. It only has a pr3 since I've not worked it but the name has good potential. I am only getting about 400 hits a week to it. No content could be a good reason for that, right? lol

This was a PR-5 site for a couple years but since Google has decided it does not care for textlink ads, it has dropped to a 4.

I am selling the blog because I have a new project in mind that I believe will be a big earner for me. Rather than neglecting One Man's Goal and it's family of loyal readers, I'd rather sell it to someone who can give it the attention it needs.

I might be persuaded to stay on as a paid blogger if you would like. Also, if you need me to, I will stay on for a period of two weeks until you get settled and running smoothly (free of charge).

-Affiliate revenue such as Clickbank, Linkshare, and Commission Junction. As well as other affiliate programs like Goal University, Blog Mastermind, and Text Link Ads. Affiliate income accounts for roughly $150-$200 monthly.
-Adsense is a slooooow earner. Averages about $10-$25 monthly.
-Direct ad sales (which you will inherit) contribute about $100-$120 per month.
-Pixel Script contributes anywhere from $100-$250 per month.
-You'll also get another of my monetization methods which is my email list for the OneMansGoal.Com newsletter. It currently has over 400 opt-in email addresses and earns me an additional $150-300 per month. I don't include these numbers on my blog because they aren't blog related... it's more Internet Marketing. But you'll get the list none-the-less. The blog itself earns between $500-$700 monthly, without the email marketing. But you'll get both... the blog and the list.

Solid PR6 baseball blog hosted at MLB.com. The blog is the highest rated blog for the team it follows on the Internet and it gets more hits than the team page at most the local newspapers despite the fact it's not a chatty blog. We were just picked sixth best blog in one award program with over 700 sports blogs.

Numerous sites like Deadspin pick up content from it, the blog is hardlinked from Sports Illustrated's team site, and I have distribution agreements with Amazon and Blogburst in place.

One extrememly wonderful asset is MLB.com's pull in the search engines. I get 20% of my daily traffic because anything I post automatically goes near the top of every search engine.

The blog has been up for 2 years and, to be honest, I didn't give a hoot about AdSense or other money making schemes until September this year when I started adding AdSense here and there. After 850,000 impressions, I have a .13 page CTR with spotty deployment.

I'm an independent scout and the team I'm going to be working for prefers I get rid of it. However, I am allowed to continue writing since I currently post under an anonymous handle. That might be an added perk for a buyer.

I have had numerous inquiries to post commerical advertising over the years but I declined them all. I just recently added an advertising opportunity link and already have one taker available for the buyer.

Income stream right now with Google AdSense is about $130 month playing around for a little over a month. I would guess it would shoot to $200 or $300 per month or more if someone really laid out an action plan that knew what they are doing.

Commercial advertising revenue is anyone's guess but one current opportunity is for $500 per year total for 6 text links on six pages of the blog, to give you an idea. Revenue from Amazon's project will start flowing later this year or early next year and is an unknown.

My costs include one domain name at $14 per year which is hosted as a Yahoo business account at $20 month or so ($240 per year) and I pay MLB $50 per year. That's all I can think of.

Serious inquiries only. I'm certainly not hard up because I'll just put it in my brother's name and keep it if I can't do the right thing by the team I'm going to work for. I'd love to keep writing and would charge a reasonable fee to do that. I post content nearly every day - 365 days per year.

Upstart Blogger was spun off from a personal blog that I've been writing for several years. I wanted to learn more about web development and wrote about blogging and hosting, ported a number of themes to Pligg, and created a handful of WordPress themes that have become quite popular.

The site has averaged about $1600+ a month from affiliate programs over the past six months! (This doesn't include an extra $500 or so I made a couple of months from modifying WordPress themes or providing WordPress help.)

The site has averaged about $1,600 a month over the past six months from affiliate programs, mostly hosting. In addition, I've made about $500 a month a couple of months from unsolicited technical help (setting up WordPress blogs). There have even been a few donations for my themes.

The site should be able to make much more money. I haven't done anything to optimize affiliate income and I took a hit for a few months when my main affiliate (AN Hosting) was suffering problems. I haven't used AdSense or text ads. I haven't promoted web development services. None of the themes are sponsored.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can create WordPress, Pligg, and/or Blogger themes. The site ranks in the top 10 for Blogger themes, but I don't offer any. You could promote web design or technical help and significantly increase the income.

It's also a good passive site. You can spend about 15 minutes a day answering questions and providing support and still make $1,000+ from hosting affiliates.
