When it comes to building landing pages that convert, people simply have no knowledge. It is the most important part of your business. Your initial contact with the viewer. You need to grab their attention immediately. No distractions and give your visitor something for free that adds value to what you are offering. Because really what you want, is their name, email and if possible their phone number too.

Well, Thanks for the great advice David. I think for me making a blog must have a quality content, must have quality research so that you have a basis and you must get an idea to those people who had already proven that they are reliable and got established reputation in the market.

Well, I have to agree with you on the "look before you leap" advice. I've been blogging for about 18 months now and I'm just now figuring a few things out. I have a great desire to eventually earn income. Thankfully, I'm not in a hurry to learn and I have plenty of time to devote to the process.

I linked here from another blog. You have excellent information here. Good job.

I agree, quality research is still the best way to know what is good for your blog. Indeed, there are many things to consider from a wide selection of marketers who are still in the process of making their name. I can't say that they are not helpful enough but we should be careful in making a big step towards change. I should say- trust those people who have proven their worth in the market and who has good established reputation. ss

Just today I was offered to download Jeff Johnson's latest piece of seo software which was supposed to make my blog rank higher, get more traffic, bla bla bla.

But, the fact of the matter is that this plugin was supposed to re-arrange my permalink structure in a more seo friendly way by removing all the unnecessary parts.

But is it worth it? I have plenty of content up, do I need to risk my blog's health for a little bit more exposure by optimizing my permalink structure? I don't think so...
