Two Gadget Bloggers Needed, With Profit Share

Sujan Patel and I are looking for two writers for two gadget blogs. One is http://www.hypehole.com/, which will be about "bad gadgets". The other is http://www.hownifty.com/, which will be about good gadgets. We are revamping the sites, including new theme + design, over the next few months. Content on those sites at present is not necessarily indicative of what we want.

Here are the details:

1. Payment is by PayPal only. No exceptions.
2. Articles will be 300+ words.
3. Images help, and you can usually grab them from the manufacturers' sites.
4. We actually want two different bloggers, so it's possible that one writer will think a gadget bad, and the other think it good. So overlap is okay.
5. A good command of the English language is necessary, though you can be from anywhere that gives you access to PayPal. (Or you need to find a friend who'll help you.)
6. You must understand basic blogging skills, or be willing to learn (I'll show you, if you write well enough)
1.  Keywords in title and first paragraph, at the least
2. If you base your article on someone else's, give them credit by linking.
3. Understand what good link anchor text is.
4. Understand the importance of deep-linking back to your own archived articles (on the blog, once there's enough), and understand how to write in such a way that you can link back.
7. Payment is scaled, with a profit share option. The following applies to each writer/ each blog:
   1. US$100/mth = 1 post per day (20 posts/mth), 300+ words each
   2. US$200/mth = 2 posts per day (40 posts/mth) == You must maintain 2 posts per weekday, not an average. That is, you can't post 1 one day and 3 the next. If there's a holiday in a month with 20 weekdays, you can post on a Saturday.

   This will be for each blog, for the full months 1-3. Starting month 4, you have an option for $300/mth (3 posts per day, 60 p/mth) plus 10% share of net profits on "your" blog. This is offered if there's evidence that you can maintain a schedule of 3 posts per day, along with your previously proven quality. To clarify the first full month is October. So the $300/mth option would start applying in Jan 2008. For September, you would be paid a pro-rated amount of $5/post.
