London Comedy Forum produces comedy sketches and short films. We are looking potentially recruit someone who has the time and ability to raise of profile so that we massively increase our hits. Ideally we are looking to pay people based on results, not time. Eg £x for every 100,000 views on youtube or metacafe.
Any suggestions on who to approach. Are people up for working in this way? And how easy is it to recruit people from less developed countries to do the work? Any advice would be appreciated. Anyone interested please let us know.

I see many different possibilities to increase views. But most is already written down and discussed in many articles. Look for blog promotion, link bait, link building, ...
But I assume it will be very difficult to transfer classical press campaign success numbers to somebody blogging (into money transfers).
If you are interested in a long term relation get in contact with me. I think I have some concept ideas how to build 'viral loops' via blogging.
