Rise media is starting a new blog relating to the hospitality industry, launching March 2008. This is a serious magazine style enterprise and not just adsense fodder so we're looking for talented and industry-related proffessionals to contribute their views and knowledge.
To start with, successful applicants will complete one post per week of 500 words or more choosing one of the following directives:
-Basic skills breakdown (a step by step guide to making pasta?)
-Industry trends (what do you see coming up in the new year?)
-Interview (can you locate and provide interesting interviews with industry proffesionals?)
-Video-blogging (A more extensive video guide?)
-Advice and opinion on the restaurant industry (tricks of the trade etc)
We are looking to start all our writers off on around $20 per post with a view to increase as our publication progresses.
