Drupal Theme Expert?

Hi all, I am looking for someone that can quickly take some xhtml/css and turn it into a Drupal theme.

My budget is only $150 and the work would need to be completed quickly.

In return, I am willing to promote you or your company on one of my blogs. (xfep.com or davidcubed.com)

Let me know if you can do it, or know of someone that can.
