May I suggest that you should publish an offer just as robertas has done.
Keep it professional and to the point and remember that you are posting a blog article when you post on Performancing, so if you want blogging work, let your post of an offer present itself as an example of what you are capable of doing.
References are always great as well, but here links are frowned upon as it looks like self promotion(not my house but this does sometimes cause conflicts between form and function :) )
May I also suggest that you get familiar with the blog environment here at Performancing so that you understand how the tags work here. When you post your offer, show that you know how to perform good looking formatting, with strong tags, lists etc appropriately used. Don't let things look like a big run on sentence as that detracts a bit from the perception of what you might be able to do if someone takes an interest in your work.
There are many people here that regularly hire good bloggers. So present a good example in your offer and you'll probably gets some opportunities.
