Are you passionate about home theater?

Hi, I'm looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for home theater, someone who can write their own home theater related content not just link to everyone else’s. If you’re a home theater authority and not a tech-blog-parrot let’s talk.

I don’t expect to find the ideal writer overnight and as such I’m treating this as a day-to-day position. All posts become the property of HomeTheaterBlog.com and you'll be paid accordingly, but by no means does the acceptance of any post guarantee a full-time position.

Now for the details: Initially I’m looking for a few posts a week, but that will change over time, be prepared for as many as five a week. The topic is home theater and just about anything that goes along with that. That can include the occasional movie review but the main focus should remain home theater.

Payment will be made bi-monthly via PayPal on a per-post basis, by that I mean all posts aren’t equal and initially they’ll be treated as such. Payment will range from $5-$15, longer posts obviously being worth more than shorter posts. I'll be happy to go into detail about how the $5-$15 breaks down privately. This position has room for growth, this includes but isn't limited to revenue sharing and or other forms of compensation at my discretion.

I have to be very blunt, if you’re just looking to make a few dollars blogging and don’t know the difference between RG-59 and RG-6 don’t waste our time by responding to this post. I’m looking for someone who wants to carve out a niche for themselves in the A/V space, this is a high profile position and not one suited to everyone.
