Alternative Energy Blogger Wanted

SoMedia Networks is an investor backed Web 2.0 Internet pioneer focused on the aggregation and organization of user generated media (blogs, online video, podcasts, articles, ratings, reviews etc) also known as CGM or Social Media. The company is focused on the development of networks of our own social media websites and the provision of corporate social media services to clients in Canada and the US.

We are seeking an experienced blogger to write 3-5 posts per week for a new industry focused blog website covering Alternative Energy.

The voice we are looking for is professional, expert and extremely articulate in nature.

The ideal candidate has:

• excellent writing and research skills;
• a vast knowledge of alternative energy and the industry;
• written or is blogging about alternative energy already;
• a strong grasp of professional blogging formats;
• the ability to submit posts on a regular and timely basis.

Although we will provide you with a detailed content plan, each post will be approximately 500 words in length, include at least one image, and cover a wide range of alternative energy topics covering the latest news, developments and technologies in the industry.

We offer a very competitive salary of $1,100 US per month and support telecommuting contracts.
