Searching for blogs

Is it possible to search the list of available blogs, beyond just filtering them by category? I suppose it might not be too useful at this point, since the blogs only have a title, URL, and category, but I'd love to have a more powerful means of uncovering advertising opportunities.

It would be great if each blog also had a brief description and a geographical location associated with it, which could be searched. A blog's readers may not be in the same part of the world as the blogger, but I'd be very likely to purchase advertising on blogs based in my local area, regardless of their readership. Currently there doesn't seem to be a way to find those blogs without clicking on every single listing and hoping they have a useful "about me" page.

It would also be nice to be

It would also be nice to be able to sort blogs by "date added". I'd like to be able to see what's new since I last visited, is there a way to do that? I see the "lastest blogs" block on the right, but that's just newly added blogs that I can't purchase ads on yet.

One more thing that would be great would be some indicator of the blog's most recent post date and/or posting frequency, perhaps pulled from their RSS feed?

I hope suggestions are welcome here, I didn't see a "suggestions" category on the forums, but I wanted to share a few things I found myself wanting for when searching for blogs. I'm pretty pleased with the service even without these features, and I'm sure to be back.
