		<description>Giveaways must not be as complex as the performancing.com editor for FF now known as ScribeFire but giving away something for free will pull in users. The performancing.com editor was huge success for performancing.com!

A good idea is and always was a desktop wallpaper with a calendar. The picture can fit to the forum niche, might be from a user content and brings users back every month.

In many niches there are special software packages or other products available. Try to make your new forum a forum for that product. Esp. try to get the author, developer or product manager to participate.</description>
